SPA GUIDELINES
Aloha and welcome to Beauty By Nature Maui, a tropical oasis for our hard working local residents to relax and unwind right in the heart of Historic Wailuku town. In order to make the most of your experience here we offer these helpful guidelines.
ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN
Please arrive 15-30 minutes early for your appointment time. We will check you in and take payment. Arriving early and paying before your treatment, allows you to relax and settle in. You may then enjoy a private outdoor shower or a therapeutic soak in our hot tub. After your treatment you can enjoy the facilities as well, and then you may leave at your leisure.
You will be provided with a locker for all your personal belongings with a lock and key. (We are not responsible for any lost items or valuables.) Inside we provide a luxury robe and turkish towel for your visit. Please bring a swimsuit for our hot tub, rubber slippers, as some areas are wet, and for women it's essential to have a hair tie.
COMFORT AND CONSIDERATION
We encourage a quiet and serene environment at Beauty By Nature Maui Spa. For the respect and consideration of all of our guests, we ask you to speak softly and quietly. Please silence all cellular phones and leave your devices and valuables at home. You may take calls outside the spa in the parking area. If you would like to take photos or short videos to make memories with us, HOW EXCITING…. we encourage it, but for the privacy of our guests we ask that it include footage of yourself and friends only, and if you're posting don't forget to tag us!
SPA FACILITIES
Here at Beauty By Nature Maui we have a one-of-a-kind tropical garden oasis to enjoy equipped with a large hot tub, a cool rinse shower, and a beautiful private, outdoor hot and cold shower, stocked with the highest quality local amenities. Relax and unwind in our zen garden area before and after your treatments. We have specialty spa water and tea made from locally grown onsite herbs, plants and flowers. All of our facilities are available for use for all guests with a scheduled treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY-We kindly request to be notified within 24 hours if you need to change or cancel your appointments to avoid being charged 100% of your scheduled services. Group bookings, buy outs, or events require two weeks notice for any changes or cancellations. Mahalo for your understanding.
AGE REQUIREMENTS-All of our services are available for humans from the age of 15 and over.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
As always we uphold the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation for everyone’s health and safety. Our practitioners are professionally trained in sanitation and will check in with you always about your comfort levels. Masks are not required in our establishment and ALL guests are welcome regardless of personal health history. If you prefer to have your practitioner wear a mask please let our spa concierge know when booking so we can accommodate your request.
Please be very mindful as you move about the spa’s garden areas and walkways as there are lots of uneven surfaces.
Please use our hot tub with caution as hot tubs may cause light headedness, dizziness, overheating and nausea and are not recommended for people with high blood pressure.
Please always shower with soap before entering the hot tub to remove all oils, lotions, and makeup.
Our hot tub is professionally maintained weekly and is chlorinated and sanitized for your health and safety.
Women: if you are pregnant or nursing or on your monthly cycle please refrain from using the hot tub.
Please inform our spa concierges and your therapist of any areas of concern or specific allergies or sensitivities. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs and make you the most comfortable as possible.
