Born and raised on the island of Maui, Lani was a Holistic Esthetician at many of Maui’s top resorts including The Four Seasons Wailea Maui, and Spa Montage at The Montage Kapalua. She was also an instructor at Spa Luna Holistic School for Estheticians, teaching advanced esthetic workshops. Lani has over 20 years of experience in natural healing, natural and organic skin care, and holistic lifestyle practices. She has been a licensed Holistic Esthetician for 13 years on Maui. Her private practice, Beauty By Nature Maui, brings you a variety of different modalities, focusing on radiating your unique beauty from the inside out.
Meet Sonnie! Joining the Beauty By Nature Maui team in 2020! Born and raised on the island of Maui, Sonnie is a dually licensed massage therapist and esthetician since 2013. She attended Spa Luna Holistic School, where Lani was her instructor. Since then they have been great friends and Sonnie continues to learn from and look up to Lani. Sonnie is a professional makeup artist and refined her artistry skills while working for Sephora and freelanced with Salon 253. She worked as a therapist at a few day spas in Lahaina where she learned, gained experience, and grew as a therapist. In 2018 she got certified for lash extensions and microblading services. Sonnie wishes to continue her education to learn more about the beauty industry, as it is forever advancing and changing. Her goal is to provide the best services and provide her clients with knowledge, love, and care.
